WS CRACK 4 is a direct product to apply on ferritic (metal) welded parts, for finding a discontinuity in the magnetic field, thus finding the crack in the workpiece. Application All types of welded pieces of ferritic nature. Clean the surface of the piece to be analyzed. If the surface is black, apply the product WS CRACK 5 Contrast lacquer. If the surface is a light color, proceed to the next step. Magnetize the piece in question. Shake the product WS CRACK 4 black magnetic particles for 30 seconds and apply in the area to be analyzed. Important: the piece must be magnetized during the entire test process.
