Description Description 97% Zinc on dry film. WS 1544 S is a single component coating, zinc based, that combines protective properties against corrosion with a Matt Galvanized finish effect. WS 1544 S it’s a resins, zinc powder and additives combination, formulated to form a protective and flexible film with matt finish effect. Coastal and nautical facilities. How to use Shake the aerosol for at least one minute once the ball has been released. Mix or agitate the product in bulk to obtain a homogeneous dispersion, repeat frequently during the application. Apply on clean, dry and grease-free surfaces for optimum results. Remove rust and scales with a metal brush. Apply in thin and uniform layers; better results are obtained with 2 thin layers than with 1 thick. Additional layers can be applied after 10-20 minutes. Once the application is finished, clean the valve by spraying with the canister until only gas comes out. In case of sealing, remove the diffuser and clean the hole with a fine wire.
